If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@hypepups.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review and resolve it promptly.

Check your order as soon as it arrives. Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not qualify for review.

If the fit isn’t right, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to find the right solution. All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

To be considered, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Photos confirming the item’s condition are required with your request. If your request is approved, shipping costs for the replacement are the customer’s responsibility. We handle every case individually to make sure we find the right outcome for you.

Refunds

Refund policy

Approved refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
