Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@hypepups.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review and resolve it promptly.
Size exchanges
If the fit isn’t right, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to find the right solution. All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
To be considered, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Photos confirming the item’s condition are required with your request. If your request is approved, shipping costs for the replacement are the customer’s responsibility. We handle every case individually to make sure we find the right outcome for you.

Our team reviews every submission within 1–2 business days and follows up with the best available solution based on your situation.
If approved, we’ll confirm next steps by email and get the right size on its way to you as quickly as possible.
Refund policy
Approved refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
Additional details
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of pet hair, stains, or odor. Items showing any signs of use are not eligible.
All sale, promotional, and clearance items are final sale. Not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping costs for approved exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
