Will I receive tracking information?
Every order includes full tracking with automatic email updates at each stage — processed, shipped, in transit, out for delivery, and delivered. If you don’t see our emails, check your spam or promotions folder.
Can I change my address after placing an order?
Address changes are possible before your order ships. Email us immediately at info@hypepups.com with your order number and updated address. Once shipped we cannot redirect packages, but you may be able to contact the carrier directly.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
All shipments include 90-day delivery insurance. If your order hasn’t arrived after 90 days from the ship date, contact us for a free reshipment or full refund. Orders still showing “in transit” within that window typically arrive shortly after.
Do I have to pay customs fees?
Most customers in the US, Canada, UK, EU, Australia, and New Zealand receive their orders without additional fees. All prices exclude potential import duties, which are set by your local customs authority and remain the buyer’s responsibility if charged.
My order shows delivered but I didn’t receive it. What do I do?
First check around your property — porch, mailbox, side door, with a neighbor. Then verify the delivery address in your order confirmation. If it’s still missing, email us at info@hypepups.com with your order number and we’ll investigate and resolve it.
