Measure chest girth at the widest point (just behind the front legs), back length from the base of the neck to the base of the tail, and neck circumference where the collar sits. Use a soft tape measure. Full instructions on our size guide.

Sizing varies by product. The most common range across the catalog is XS–XXL. Select hoodies and sweatshirts go up to 6XL. Select pieces also include the FB (French Bulldog) cut. Always check the size chart on the individual product page — it tells you exactly what’s available for that piece.

FB stands for French Bulldog — a cut shaped for the wider chest and shorter back of Frenchies and similarly built breeds. It’s available on roughly 40 select pieces across hoodies, vests, sweatshirts, jackets, and dresses — not the entire catalog. Look for ‘FB’ in a product’s size dropdown. Frenchies can also fit standard XL, 2XL, or 3XL depending on the piece — measure your dog and check the size chart.

Yes, but the right size depends on the dog AND the product. Frenchies often fit XL, 2XL, 3XL, or FB depending on the piece. Yorkies and Chihuahuas usually fit XS or S. Pit Bulls often fit 2XL–4XL on most products, or up to 6XL on select hoodies and sweatshirts. Always measure your dog and check the size chart on the product page.

For hoodies and outerwear, size up — they’re designed with a bit of room for movement. For sweaters and dresses, size down — they’re meant to fit closer to the body. When in doubt, email us with your dog’s chest measurement and we’ll recommend the right size.

No — sizing varies by product type. Most clothing runs XS–XXL. Some hoodies and sweatshirts extend to 6XL. The FB cut is on select pieces (not all). Harnesses size by chest measurement (not letter sizing). Beds and bags use centimeter measurements. Always check the individual product page’s size chart.

Yes — for size exchanges, email us within 14 days of delivery with photos confirming the item is unworn and in original condition. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Full details on our returns & exchanges page.

For approved size exchanges, the customer covers return shipping. We cover the cost of shipping the replacement back to you. For damaged or incorrect items, we cover both ways.

Orders can be cancelled before they enter production (typically within 24 hours of placing). After that we can’t change the order. If your dog grows out of a size between order and arrival, contact us about an exchange.

All sale, promotional, and clearance items are final sale — not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Sale tags are clearly marked at checkout.

No — every Hype Pups collection is original, designer-inspired parody made for dogs. Pupreme is our take on streetwear box-logo codes. Chewy V references monogram print. Pawda references minimalist triangle-logo design. We design and produce everything ourselves.

Materials vary by product. Hoodies are typically cotton/poly blend; outerwear is water-resistant polyester with quilted lining; harnesses use nylon webbing with mesh body panels. Full material info is on each product page.

Yes. All materials are pet-safe and free of harmful dyes. Hardware is rust-resistant. Harnesses are designed with wide chest straps to distribute pull pressure off the trachea. No small parts your dog can chew off.

Most pieces are machine washable on cold/gentle, hang dry. Avoid high heat — it can shrink garments and break down printed graphics. Outerwear: spot clean. Harnesses: hand wash with mild soap. See each product page for specific care instructions.
