It started with a Frenchie named Bruno
I’m Vanessa, founder of Hype Pups. I got Bruno on a freezing January morning — he was nine weeks old, the runt of the litter, and weighed less than the puffer jacket I was wearing. The breeder handed him to me and said, “Good luck dressing this one.” She wasn’t kidding.
Bruno has a classic Frenchie body — wide chest, short back, the bowling-ball head, a neck like a fire hydrant. Nothing off the shelf fit him. So Hype Pups was designed around the proportions of dogs exactly like him, which is why our pieces fit French Bulldogs, Pugs, Bostons and Bulldogs better than generic dog clothes.
What size does my French Bulldog wear?
Based on real customer orders, here’s how Frenchies size in Hype Pups. We run slightly snug — round up from chart math, and always measure your dog’s chest at the widest point and check the size chart on each product page.
