You’ll get an order confirmation email within minutes. Double-check your shipping address — once an order is processed we can’t change it.

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a second email with your tracking number the moment it leaves our warehouse.

Order cut-off
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after cut-off or on weekends ship the next business day.

Track your order anytime through the order tracker, or from the link in your shipping confirmation email.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t change the destination once the order is in production. Packages returned due to a wrong address are subject to a re-shipping fee.
Lost or stolen packages
If your tracking says delivered but the package isn’t there, contact the carrier first — packages are sometimes marked early. If it’s still missing after 48 hours, email us and we’ll help work it out with the carrier.
Duties & taxes
For international orders, any duties or import taxes charged by your country’s customs office are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the order total or shipping fee.

Need to change or cancel an order? Email us within 2 hours of placing it — once an order is in production we can’t modify it.
