Return Policy

To request a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with all tags still attached. Returns will only be accepted for store credit, which will be issued in the form of a gift certificate sent to your email.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

Size Exchanges

Due to COVID-19 safety concerns, we are unable to accept returns for size-related issues. If you need a different size, you will be responsible for any fees related to sending a replacement(s).

Please contact us at info@hypepups.com with your order number and the size you require, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Wrong Items & Defective Items

If you find that the items you received do not match the description provided or if any of the items are defective, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order. In your message, please include clear photographs of the issue and a detailed description so that we can quickly resolve the problem for you.

Please note: this policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage or any abuse of the purchased product.

Cancellations

We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Please be aware that orders are processed and prepared for shipping promptly, so we are unable to cancel orders after 24 hours of placement. If you have made an error in your order, such as selecting the wrong size or item, please contact us immediately so that we can make the necessary adjustments to your order before it is shipped.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided, Hype Pups cannot be held responsible for any lost packages. To ensure the safe delivery of your order, please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We will do our best to assist in locating the package, but we will not be able to issue a refund or send a replacement.

PUPXCLUSIVE is not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or other customs-related charges that your country may impose upon the arrival of your package. In the event that a package is deemed unclaimed, denied, or otherwise refused, we will not issue any form of refund or resend the order.
