How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 7–12 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
How do I track my order?
Visit our Track Your Order page and enter the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email.
How do I know what size to order?
Every product page includes a size guide. Measure your dog’s chest girth (widest part of the ribcage) and neck circumference, then match to the chart. When in between sizes, size up.
Where do you ship from?
Orders ship from our fulfillment center and are delivered via China Post / ePacket, which hands off to your local postal carrier for final delivery.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original packaging. See our full Refund Policy for details.
