How does sizing work?
We have specific size charts for each product. This means that an XL for one model may not be the same size XL as another. Please refer to each size chart for each item you purchase.
Please measure your dog before purchasing. Use a measuring tape and use our "Calculate My Size" tool for recommended sizing.
If you are not sure about choosing the correct size, feel free to reach out via email, Instagram Direct Message or Facebook Messenger. Let us know the item(s) you are interested in, the applicable measurements and include a photo of your dog.
How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 1-5 business days. Processing includes review, packing, and sending out the order. Processing time should be added to the total delivery time.
We all know that due to COVID-19 there are possibilities of shipping delays. Everyone at all ends are working hard to ensure that your package is delivered as quickly and as safely as possible.

What is your return policy?
My items do not fit, how can I return them?
We accept returns for store credit only and exchanges within 3 days of delivery. Hype Pups does not cover the return shipping cost. For more information, please refer to our Returns Policy.
My package arrived damaged, what should I do?
If your receive the wrong item or the item is damaged, caused by transportation, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@hypepups.com. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or refund the amount via in-store credit.
