We have specific size charts for each product. This means that an XL for one model may not be the same size XL as another. Please refer to each size chart for each item you purchase.
Please measure your dog before purchasing. Use a measuring tape and use our “Calculate My Size” tool for recommended sizing.

We process orders within 1-5 business days. Processing includes review, packing, and sending out the order. Processing time should be added to the total delivery time.
My items do not fit, how can I return them?
We accept returns for store credit only and exchanges within 3 days of delivery. Hype Pups does not cover the return shipping cost. For more information, please refer to our Returns Policy.
My package arrived damage, what should I do?
If your receive the wrong item or the item is damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at info@hypepups.com and include a brief description with a photo.
