All return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. All items must be in new, un-worn condition. We do not accept returns for any size related issues. Only exchanges. (update: due to COVID-19, no exchanges can be made at this time.) All refunds are for store credit only.
If your items do not match the description or if the item is defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include photos and describe the issue so that we can have it resolved. Please note: this policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage or any abuse of the purchased product.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please note that we cannot cancel orders after 24 hours has passed because orders are put into processing and prepped for shipping immediately. If you ordered the wrong size or item by accident, please contact us right away so that we can make the appropriate changes to your order.
- Buyer did not choose the right size. It is the buyers responsibility to use our Size Chart tool before placing an order.
- Buyer no longer wants the items. The buyer must make sure that they want to buy these items before submitting an order.
- Buyer found items cheaper elsewhere. We stand by our quality and low-prices - therefore, the buyer should be ready to pay the asking price.
- Package is experiencing shipping delays. Refer to our shipping policy for more information.
Rules & Procedures
- For size exchanges please include the specifications before submitting your request.
- Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift certificate sent via email.
- Tracking code for your returned package must be provided.
- All return requests must be received within 3 days of the date you received your order.
- Anything purchased at a discounted price or with a promo code is a finale sale and is not eligible for a return.
- Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn and all tags must still be attached.
- Shipping is non-refundable.
- Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
Please note: We are not responsible for import taxes, duties, and other customs related fees that your country may charge upon arrival. If the package is determined unclaimed, denied or otherwise refused, Hype Pups will not provide any form of refund nor reship the order.
Please note: If shipping address is filled out incorrectly, we are not responsible for any lost packages. Please make sure your address is accurate to avoid these type of issues. (We will do our best to help locate your package but we cannot issue a refund nor send a replacement)
