Refunds & Returns
Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All refunds and returns are for store credit only.
If your purchase does not match the description or if the item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved.
PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage or any abuse of the purchased product.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for a different size, send us an email at email@example.com
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Invalid Reasons for returning your order:
1. Buyer did not choose the right size. It is the buyers responsibility to use our Size Chart tool before placing an order.
2. Buyer no longer wants the items. The buyer should make sure they want to buy the items before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
3. Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else. We have the best prices online - therefore, the buyer should be confident that they are ready to pay the asking price.
